Penny Armstrong is the behind the scenes Practice Manager who ensures the business runs efficiently. She shares Glenn's passion to operate a successful business that provides each client with a service they would be proud to recommend to their friends, family and colleagues.
On a personal note, DBT is a family owned business. Glenn and Penny have two primary school aged daughters.

Claire Hitchens is DBT's knowledgeable financial assistant. With over 20 years experience in the financial services industry, Claire is an integral member of the DBT team. She joined us in April 2005.
